Commercial property is intended to become a significant part of the Agile Labs portfolio.
Our primary focus is on acquiring and developing property for use by businesses within the group.
This includes commercial and industrial facilities for our automotive and motorsport operations, alongside substantial rural holdings with the potential to support nature tourism, hospitality, outdoor recreation and destination development.
Property ownership can provide greater control over strategically important locations while creating long-term value through the underlying assets.
We intend to assess each acquisition on both its property economics and its contribution to the operating business.
