Businesses

Deliberately few.

We would rather own a small number of businesses we can materially improve than a long list we can’t. Two in the portfolio today, and three more concepts being tested behind them.

They are not the same thing, and this page does not present them as though they were.

In Development

Being built now.

The concept has progressed beyond early incubation and active product and business development is underway.

Across the group

Built independently. Stronger together.

Each Agile Labs venture must be capable of standing on its own commercial logic. But where businesses share customers, capability, infrastructure or distribution, we look for practical ways to make the group stronger than the sum of its parts.
G.O.A.T Offroad
Provides automotive customers, products, engineering experience, distribution and brand reach.
Roava
Provides the technology layer for permission-based access, discovery and land-use management.
G.O.A.T Offroad Racing
Extends group capability into purpose-built race vehicles, motorsport engineering, competition and customer race support.
G.O.A.T Ranch
Creates the potential physical venue for motorsport, races, testing, experiences, tourism and recreational land access.
Agile Labs Media
Creates the production capability to document and distribute stories, products, events and experiences across the portfolio.

None of these relationships is a reason to keep a business that cannot justify itself on its own.

What comes next

The next one doesn’t have to look like the last one.

A future Agile Labs business could arrive by any of these routes:
  • Built internally from zero
  • Developed through incubation
  • Acquired outright
  • Partnered or joint ventured
  • Built around intellectual property
  • Held as a strategic asset

The test is the same in every case: can Agile Labs contribute something beyond money?
