Agile Labs Media is an Agile Labs venture in incubation. The market, the business model, the capital requirements and whether Agile Labs has a genuine reason to win are all still being evaluated. It is not a trading business, and everything described below is what is being tested rather than what is being offered.
The purpose
Build it inside first.
The immediate purpose is practical: improve the quality, speed and consistency of content produced for Agile Labs and its portfolio businesses while reducing dependence on outsourced production.
Over time, that capability may develop into a standalone media and production business serving external clients, partnerships or owned media opportunities. It does not operate as an external agency today.
