The market, the business model, the capital requirements and whether Agile Labs has a genuine reason to win are all still being evaluated. It is not a trading business, and everything described below is what is being tested rather than what is being offered.
The model
The whole life of a race vehicle.
The model combines race vehicle development, customer vehicle sales, maintenance and technical support with a multi-category race team operating in its own right.
The business is intended to cover the full lifecycle of an off-road race vehicle, from engineering and construction through to preparation, maintenance and ongoing race support.

Competition
Built in competition.
The G.O.A.T Offroad Racing team will compete across multiple off-road racing categories. Competition is intended to form part of the engineering process rather than sit separately from it.
Vehicles developed by the business can be tested, proven and improved in real racing conditions. That creates a direct development loop between competition and the vehicles ultimately built for customers.

Where it sits
A motorsport business, not a marketing exercise.
Racing is a distinct venture rather than a department of another one. It is not a sponsorship line item for G.O.A.T Offroad, and it is not part of G.O.A.T Ranch — the Ranch concept is a venue and destination business, and Racing would be a customer of it like any other competitor.
What the two share is a reason to exist near each other. What they do not share is a balance sheet, a customer or a commercial test.
The objective is to create a motorsport company capable of competing in its own right while commercially supporting other competitors.
